Frode has extensive experience as an executive and chair within the seafood and aquaculture industries. He has been a central figure in INAQ’s development since its establishment, first as CEO and now as Chair of the Board. With broad experience in strategy, business development, and corporate governance, he assists companies in achieving profitable growth and sound management processes.
