Nina has extensive executive experience from senior management roles in the aquaculture industry, including as CEO of AquaGen. She combines strong scientific expertise with operational experience from global salmon production. With a solid background in fish health, genetics, and innovation management, she contributes to strategic development and value creation for seafood companies.

  • Head of Research – AquaGen (2011–2013). Led R&D and development projects. Previous roles included Quality Manager, Fish Health Officer, and Senior Researcher.
