INAQ performed a comprehensive technical due diligence for Israel Corp. in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in AKVA Group AS.
Project scope
The purpose of the due diligence was to provide the client with a report identifying the key risk items regarding land-based technology solutions from one of the industries largest suppliers. In addition INAQ performed a review of sea-based and digital products and solutions offered by the supplier.
INAQ’s project manager was Onno Musch and INAQ’s team included the following experts: Bjørn Rydtun (technology), Per Johan Røttereng and Henning André Urke (biology/veterinary), and Jørn Pedersen (strategic management).
