Every year, INAQ conducts several due diligences (DD) of companies or projects. We can assist with a technical and operational review, and assess licences, business plans, and sustainability aspects of the business.

INAQ has advisors with formal expertise and extensive experience in valuing assets and companies within the seafood sector.

A Red Flag Review is a slightly less comprehensive review of a project or an acquisition candidate. The items for review is adapted to each individual project, but can typically be technical and operational aspects, review of licenses and permits, business plans, access to resources, sustainability and other relevant conditions.
