Starting from 1st January 2024, Nina Santi is the new CEO of INAQ AS. The former manager, Frode Blakstad established the seafood advisory company INAQ back in 2002 and will continue as executive chairman of the company.
Nina Santi has worked for INAQ since November 2022. Nina came to INAQ from AquaGen , where she worked for 15 years, including seven years as the CEO of the company. Nina is a veterinarian with a PhD and has also held the position as associate professor in aquatic medicine at the Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences. She also has additional education in technology management from NTNU and BI.
INAQ AS (www.inaq.no) provides advisory services to seafood companies and related businesses in Norway and internationally. INAQ helps seafood companies with strategic development and assists owners and investors in transactions within the sector. INAQ also contributes with expertise in sustainability and corporate governance.
Nina has a strong professional background in aquaculture after more than 20 years in the industry. She has extensive international experience from management of international companies and board positions in several countries.
