A Red Flag Review is a slightly less comprehensive review of a project or an acquisition candidate. The items for review is adapted to each individual project, but can typically be technical and operational aspects, review of licenses and permits, business plans, access to resources, sustainability and other relevant conditions.
What is a red flag analysis?
A red flag analysis is a project maturity assessment based on a standardized methodology but tailored to each case. The assessment covers technical, operational, biological, financial, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) aspects, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Our deliverables
INAQ’s report is an independent evaluation of the risks and the maturity of your project and provides you with recommendations for how to further develop it. The report can be used as part of the communication towards new business partners, or as a basis for the project’s plan for further development.
