Onno Musch hired as Senior Consultant at INAQ

Onno (37) is hired as new senior consultant at INAQ AS and will start on the 2nd of August. Onno comes from a role as market manager for aquaculture for Norconsult AS, Norway’s largest multidisciplinary consultancy firm. He has a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Bristol as well as a specialization in the field of Coastal Engineering and Management from TUDelft/NTNU.INAQ AS is a consulting company, focusing on strategy, business development and financial advice. INAQ’s main focus is providing advice to customers nationally and internationally, mainly in the aquaculture and fisheries industry, based on more than 30 years of experience from both industry and research. INAQ has activities in five continents today and aims to be a preferred partner for companies all over the world in relation to relevant issues in the seafood industry (www.inaq.no).

Onno is originally from the Netherlands and has had an international career with positions held in the UK, Qatar, India, and USA (Florida). He moved to Norway in 2011 and has since held various positions within the Norconsult system; as specialist coastal engineer, group manager for the harbours division and group manager for the aquaculture division. The last four years he has led the national and international aquaculture market area with a strategic focus towards growth within this segment. During this period, he has contributed to a 6-fold growth of Norconsult’s activities geared towards aquaculture with particularly high activity towards the many land-based initiatives.

With his experience from some of the worlds’ largest land-based aquaculture projects, as well as new closed cage and offshore solutions, Onno will strengthen INAQ’s capacity to take a position within these new and emerging marked developments.

Onno will, in his new role, focus his efforts on land-based projects and clients in Norway and the wider international market.
