Nina Santi starting as a senior advisor in INAQ

Nina Santi is employed as a senior advisor in INAQ and will start in the company on 1 November. Nina comes from the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the breeding company AquaGen AS.

Nina is a veterinarian by education and holds a Ph.D in aqua medicine (molecular virology) from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences, as well as further education in technology management from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and BI Norwegian Business School.

INAQ AS is a consulting company, focusing on strategy, business development and financial advice. INAQ’s main focus is providing advice to customers nationally and internationally, mainly in the aquaculture and fisheries industry, based on more than 30 years of experience from both industry and research. INAQ has activities in five continents today and aims to be a preferred partner for companies all over the world in relation to relevant issues in the seafood industry.

Nina has worked within the aquaculture industry for over 20 years and has experience from the management of aquaculture and technology companies, with competence in change management and innovation management. Nina has a strong professional background in aquaculture of several different species, as well as in fish health, breeding, genetics, molecular biology, quality work and dialogue with governmental agencies. Nina has extensive international experience through management of international companies and board positions in several countries. Nina has a wide network in aquaculture and aquaculture-related research.

With her comprehensive understanding of the aquaculture industry’s challenges and extensive experience from operational management and technology management, Nina will strengthen INAQ’s capacity when it comes to assisting customers in the future development for the seafood industry.
