Roger Oddebug (42) is hired as new senior consultant at INAQ AS and will start on the 1st of June. Roger comes from the position as Chief Financial Officer at the RAS supplier Nofitech.
He holds a Master in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Master in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
INAQ AS is a consulting company, focusing on strategy, business development and financial advice. INAQ’s main focus is providing advice to customers nationally and internationally, mainly in the aquaculture and fisheries industry, based on more than 30 years of experience from both industry and research. INAQ has activities in five continents today and aims to be a preferred partner for companies all over the world in relation to relevant issues in the seafood industry.
Roger is originally from Middle Norway, has grown up close to the seafood industry and worked in or close to the industry since his early teenage years. First as a fish farm worker, then as an auditor and consultant at PwC, before he for close to ten years has held senior management positions at prominent and internationally oriented aquaculture suppliers such as AquaGen and Nofitech. His experience includes work on complex commercial cooperation agreements, leadership and development of business areas, mergers and acquisitions in Europe, Asia and South America, in roles at bot the sell and buy-side, as well as an advisor. Roger has been a board member of aquaculture businesses in several countries.
With his strong understanding for and experience from the aquaculture value chain, including broad experience both as a manager in and consultant to the industry, Roger will strengthen INAQ’s capacity in supporting customers in further developing their businesses and the aquaculture sector.

Roger will, in his new role, focus his efforts mainly on strategic advisory, business development, mergers and acquisitions in Norway and the wider international market.
